Jean-Guillaume Follorou advises on corporate taxation for French and foreign corporate groups and investment funds, as well as on wealth taxation for company directors, managers and family shareholders.
He assists them in both advisory and litigation matters. A member of the Paris Bar, he began his career at Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats and worked in the tax department of Nixon Peabody LLP before joining Jeantet in 2012.
Jean-Guillaume is a graduate of the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Rennes (DEA in Taxation and Public Finance and Magistère in Law and Management) and holds the Agrégation in Economics and Management. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), Business France and Croissance Plus. He is a regular speaker at conferences in France and abroad.
