Jean Ginestet is a member of the firm’s Restructuring team. He advises and represents debtors, creditors and shareholders in turnaround and restructuring situations, both in out-of-court and insolvency proceedings, as well as in related litigation.
He also advises investment funds and industrial companies on distressed M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as prospective buyers in court-supervised sale processes.
Prior to joining the firm, Jean spent several years working in the Restructuring departments of French and international law firms.
