Delphine Baudouin specializes in banking and finance law, and advises on acquisition financing, corporate financing, real estate financing, trade and international trade finance, and project finance, particularly in the area of Renewable Energy.
She assists credit institutions, investment funds and borrowers in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of the legal documentation relating to senior and subordinated debt.
Delphine has developed a specific expertise in documentary credits, standby letters of credit and international guarantees. She has recently advised clients on debt refinancing and restructuring and on project financing or securing guarantees in France, Spain, Mauritius, the Ivory Coast and Mali.
Her experience also includes regular assistance to her clients in banking and finance law, with a particular focus on fintech and cryptoassets.
