Camille Chip specializes in insolvency law. Her main activity is to advise a varied clientele consisting of debtors, creditors, managers, shareholders, investment funds and potential purchasers, in the context of amicable proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings and distress M&A transactions.
Before joining Jeantet, and the team led by Estelle Laurent and Bertrand Biette, Camille worked in a corporate legal department and in the corporate and litigation teams of Parisian law firms before specializing in Restructuring.
