Alexandre Fricotté is a member of the firm’s Restructuring team. He assists debtors, creditors and shareholders in the context of amicable and collective proceedings and in the related litigation.
He also advises investment funds and industrial buyers in distressed M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Jeantet, Alexandre worked in the Restructuring department of several international law firms.
