Damien Le Mouël advises on structured finance, project finance, real estate financing, acquisition financing and syndicated financing, both for lenders and borrowers. He mainly assists developers, investors, real estate companies, credit institutions and French and foreign funds in the structuring and negotiation of their transactions. He is regularly involved in cross-border transactions.
He has extensive experience in financing, particularly in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, which he gained in renowned law firms. He assists the firm’s clients on the legal structuring of their transactions.
He joined Jeantet’s Banking – Finance team in 2022 after having worked for seven years in the Banking and Finance departments of English and French law firms.
