We recruit candidates with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a solid sense of responsibility: they want to succeed and know how to be actively involved in a team of 2 to 3 associate lawyers specialized in one of the firm’s areas of activity. We recruit by studying candidate applications and through candidate interviews. During the interview, it’s not so much your knowledge that we seek to evaluate as your ability to structure and express your thoughts. Trainees
Interns participate actively in on-going cases and in particular assist with research projects (supported by the resources of the "Knowledge Base"), drafting advisory notes and taking part in the preparation of legal documents. Interns are supervised by a partner or a senior associate throughout their time at the firm. They are an integral part of the team and fully involved in the team’s files.
An internship is the ideal opportunity for candidates to gain a position on JeantetAssociés. We offer them in priority to holders of a 3rd level diploma, to students enrolled in the Bar training course, with a preference for those having a double degree (business school, political science…). Immediately after becoming part of a team, be assigned interesting cases, working autonomously, be in on-going contact with a partner or an experienced associate… This is the experience of an associate at JeantetAssociés. The firm seeks dynamic, creative and conscientious individuals who are passionate about law. They must be able to take initiatives and accept new challenges. Each associate is supervised by a partner with whom he will work regularly. Ideal candidates will have postgraduate degrees (DESS, DEA, DJCE) and will have passed the bar exam. A double degree from a business school or IEP or abroad (such as an LL.M) is considered an asset, as is work experience in a foreign country. Support staff In addition to being a business law firm, JeantetAssociés is also a business. The high quality of our support teams is one of the foundations of our success and we are extremely attentive to their value. We give priority to individuals who are qualified in administration (assistants), research and documentation ("Knowledge Base"), IT support, marketing, communication and general services.
