Jeantet renforce son pôle Institutions et Services Financiers avec le recrutement d’une nouvelle équipe spécialisée en contentieux bancaire

 

Julien Martinet, associé, et son équipe composée de trois collaborateurs et spécialistes de la pratique du contentieux bancaire, rejoignent le pôle Institutions et Services Financiers du cabinet Jeantet, dirigé par Martine Samuelian et désormais composé de 9 avocats.
Précédemment associé au sein du département contentieux du cabinet Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP à Paris, Julien Martinet est diplômé d’un Master of Studies in Legal Research en Droit des contrats, de l’Université d’Oxford et d’un DEA de Droit privé fondamental de l’Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Il est avocat depuis 2002.
Son parcours professionnel lui a permis d’acquérir une expertise étendue de tous les aspects du contentieux bancaire. Il intervient pour une clientèle composée principalement de banques, dans le cadre de litiges de nature civile et commerciale,  relatifs à la responsabilité des établissements de crédit dans les divers aspects de leurs activités (octroi de crédit, investissements boursiers, service de caisse et faux ordres de paiement, tiers saisi, services annexes tels qu’appels d’offres, séquestre, etc.).
Au sein du pôle Institutions et Services Financiers du cabinet Jeantet, Julien Martinet et son équipe, composée d’Aurélien Gazel, de Victoria Hessel et de Marion Chazeau, auront pour mission de compléter l’offre de services en matière de contentieux bancaire.

a  Les autorités de tutelle dans le cadre d’enquêtes ou de contrôles (préparation aux auditions, observations au pré-rapport puis, rapport de contrôle et le cas échéant, poursuites disciplinaires. En outre, l’équipe intervient bien évidemment dans les dossiers d’abus de marché ;
