Jeantet advises Sopexa and its shareholders in connection with the reorganization of SOPEXA’s sharecapital

 

Paris, 5 October 2016, Jeantet advised French company specialized in the promotion of sales of agricultural and food products « Sopexa » and its shareholders in connection with the reorganization of SOPEXA’s sharecapital.

French PR group Hopscotch Groupe (http://www.hopscotchgroupe.com/) and Comexposium (https://www.comexposium.fr/), one of the world’s leading organization of fairs and events, entered into a protocol with SOPEXA’s shareholders whereby each of Hopscotch and Comexposium shall acquire 33% of the capital and of the voting rights of the company and certain historic shareholders shall keep 34% of the capital and voting rights of SOPEXA.

This alliance aims at creating the largest network of French Public Relations operating internationally, based on the specific features of the three companies. This alliance will now form the only alternative to the Anglo-Saxon network, to design, organize the international promotion of France’s and the world’s best offer (food, luxury, tourism, lifestyle, regions …). It is for the 3 partners, a coherent and complementary industrial project that opens up good growth prospects.
