Jeantet advises La Française Group with respect to the acquisition of Smart’up building from Tishman Speyer Group

Paris, May 16th 2019 – For more than 40 years, La Française Group has been developing specific Asset Management expertise on behalf of third parties.

Jeantet lawyers, who regularly advise La Française Group, was advising one of the Group’s entities, La Française REM, for the acquisition of a company that owns a 23,000 square meters building located in Châtillon, from the Tishman Speyer group.

La Française REM acquired this asset on behalf of six SCPIs (LF Grand Paris Patrimoine, Épargne Foncière, Crédit Mutuel Pierre 1, Sélectinvest 1, Pierre Privilège and Eurofoncière 2). This transaction on an occupied building is one of the most important transaction recently performed in Châtillon.
