Jeantet advised the company GREENFLEX for the takeover through a disposal plan of the activity of the company OKAVANGO ENERGY which has been ordered by the Commercial Court of Nanterre on December 22, 2016.
GREENFLEX, French leader in the field of energy transition (consolidated turnover of 190 million Euros on December 31, 2015 and 170 collaborators), is taking over the activity of the company OKAVANGO ENERGY, one of the main French design office specialized in energetic performance for the industry sector. Thus, GREENFLEX extends its leadership position on the market of the energetic performance.
This takeover allows the continuation of the contracts with customers and the reinforcement of the positioning of the Energy’s department of GREENFLEX.
Indeed, GREENFLEX will integrate the different offers of OKAVANGO ENERGY in its Energy’s department, allowing a strategic repositioning of those offers with GREENFLEX’s ones.
Furthermore, this takeover allows GREENFLEX to strengthen its presence in Spain through the acquisition of 85% of the capital and the voting rights of the Spanish subsidiary OKAVANGO ENERGY España.

In the context of the recovery proceeding, the SELARL FHB, taken in the person of Maître Gaël COUTURIER, has been designated as Receiver and the SELARL C. BASSE taken in the person of Maître Christophe BASSE as been designated as creditor’s representative.
