Mohamed Ali Khelil Charef heads up the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Department as well as being in charge of development of the African/MENA region for our Morocco office. He has recognised expertise in how to perform equity operations (capital increases, contributions, mergers & acquisitions, demergers, etc.), and in implementing organisational rules both internally and between shareholders of listed and unlisted companies. He supports Moroccan and international clients in their corporate and investment issues (particularly outside Morocco).

Mohamed Ali has gained international experience (France, Italy, India, Libya, Tunisia and Morocco), particularly in the field of company law. He also practises international arbitration (ad hoc arbitration, ICC, LCIA and TAS [Court of Arbitration for Sport] on behalf of European, Asian and African clients) and international commercial law (transnational commercial contracts between Europe/Asia, Asia/Africa, etc.). He has also developed advanced know-how and expertise in supporting foreign investors wishing to set up business in Morocco.
