Jean Neret

Jean Néret created the Labour Law Department at Jeantet in 1990, based on his intuition that labour issues would assume an increasingly important role in the decision-making process of company directors. This department covers all disciplines of labour law.

A litigation lawyer and counsel, Jean Néret forges close relationships with the clients to whom he provides support for their projects. He defends them in the criminal courts in matters relating to labour criminal law.

Jean Néret is also a Professor of Law specialising in Labour Law at Paris Est Créteil University, as well as being a former member of the Conseil de l’ordre des avocats (General Council) of the Paris Bar and a member of the Board of Partners at Jeantet.
