“Competition law presents multiple "facets" which render it both complex and fascinating: there are number of crossovers with other areas of business law – mergers and acquisitions, civil law (for damages), criminal law, contract law (distribution, commercial agreements, exclusivity). In practice, we move continuously from advice to litigation, from anticipation to crisis management…time is also of a "variable dimension": size of the cases, urgency of the matter, etc. We need to be capable of inventing, within the limits of the law and procedures, new solutions to each problem."
