Patrick Thiébart
Catherine Cathiard joined Jeantet in 2009 as an Of Counsel. She is specialised in Mergers & Acquisitions including cross-border restructurings, Company law (French and European) including the creation of European Companies (SE) and cross-border transfer of corporate seats, and general corporate law. She is an Expert in European company law to assist the Commission of Legal Affairs of the European Parliament.
