Each year in July, the 'Cercle des Economistes' organizes a weekend seminar on a current economist topic. The purpose of those weekends is to hear the viewpoints of specialists selected for their expertise by a scientific committee and to come out with recommendations deemed essential by the participants to the attention of the public and governments.
