The team advices executives and managers on the different legal facets of the relations of companies with their employees. Its work consists of advising managers in company strategy and preventing or resolving disputes before the competent courts:

•   Advice in connection with major corporate developments, acquisitions, restructuring and outsourcing, with regard to labour management and litigation.
•  Advising employers on the legal aspects of their labour relations, particularly with regard to contracts and individual and group status, complex redundancies, and negotiations with organisations representing employees
•  Representing clients in labour law litigation – particularly with regard to group litigation and high risk employees, management of strikes, criminal liability of managers due to labour accidents, industrial disasters and product liability.
